Magic Kingdom Testing “Disney Enchantment” Fireworks After Park Close Tonight and September 1

Fireworks testing will happen tonight after the Magic Kingdom closes. Neighbors and guests in the Magic Kingdom area have been notified to expect short fireworks bursts between 10:30 PM and 1:00 AM.

Testing will also take place Wednesday, September 1 during the same window.

Around Magic Kingdom tonight (Aug. 30) and Wednesday night (Sept. 1), some of our neighbors may hear the sound of fireworks a little later than normal. That’s because we are trying out some new fireworks in short bursts between 10:30 pm and 1:00 am.

We will do our best to keep noise at a minimum and apologize to our neighbors and Guests for this inconvenience.

Walt Disney World Resort

The testing is likely for the upcoming “Disney Enchantment” nighttime spectacular. “Disney Enchantment” will debut for Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary on October 1.
