Although the Spooky Boo! Parade will once again not be returning to the streets of Tokyo Disneyland this year due to COVID-19, the Oriental Land Company seems to have prepared for a possible Halloween event this year (much like the rumored return of Usatama on the Run in April). As a result, there are quite a few Disney Halloween 2021 items themed to the beloved Spooky Boo! Parade coming September 14th to the park!
