Tavistock Development’s New Office Space For Disney at Lake Nona to be Completed by Turner Construction

Even with a continued shortage of real estate and building materials in the greater Orlando area, Tavistock Development is planning to soon begin work on the major office park project for Disney.

According to the Orlando Business Journal, Tavistock Development has chosen Turner Construction to carry out the project. Building is slated to start on the rumored $35-40 million project in early September with an eight-story office building at 13410 Veterans Way, with construction to finalize in November of 2022.

The new office space will look to be large enough for 1,640 new jobs, even though Disney is rumored to relocate around 2,000 jobs.

As reported earlier, Tavistock and Disney are also looking to construct an age-restricted community in Sunbridge as well.
