Welcome to a very cloudy day at the Universal Orlando Resort. There was a breeze and slight rainfall in the afternoon, but it was still a beautiful day to roam around the parks. Let’s head to Universal Studios Florida for some spooky updates.
Two new wax collectibles can be found in the Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store.
You can now have your very own Papa Bear figurine to match the display seen as you walk into the store.
The second wax mold is a replica of the Tribute Store. Can you spot any differences?
You can become Barbara 2.0, or Adam if you prefer, with these rubber masks found in the Tribute Store as well.
After making our wax molds we headed to Diagon Alley to meet a new magical friend.
Thestral plushies have flown their way into the Magical Menagerie gift shop.
Look at those cute faces, we definitely need one!
A slight rain shower didn’t stop this crowd in Diagon Alley, they came prepared.
Cloudy skies above the Monsters Café.
Megatron doesn’t look too happy about the rain.
The weather didn’t stop the Superstar Parade! We love to stop and watch our favorite characters dance by.
After the parade was over, crowds dispersed and it was quiet around the park again. We then headed over to Universal’s Islands of Adventure to see what was going on.
Hogsmeade wasn’t too crowded, many guests stopped to watch the Frog Choir perform.
We then made our way through Jurassic Park to check out some wait times.
VelociCoaster was only at a 40 minute wait, not too bad for a Sunday afternoon.
If roller coasters aren’t your thing, you can head to Raptor Encounter and take some pictures with a dinosaur!
The bottom play area in Camp Jurassic has reopened. The slides and cave exits are no longer blocked off.
There are still construction walls up and part of the upper-level is still closed off.
The water blasters have been removed from the upper-level as well. No water battles will be happening today!
That’s where we ended our day! Thanks for joining us and see you next time.
