In honor of the grand opening of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Sunshine Seasons in EPCOT has a new Remy-inspired cheesecake.
Remy Cheesecake – $5.49
The cheesecake is molded to look like a triangle of cheese with a Remy medallion on top.
Unfortunately, this cheesecake is terrible. It looks cute but it tastes like old cheese.
It has yellow dust on it to make it yellow. The cake itself is very mushy.
The Remy medallion on top is your standard white chocolate piece that’s just okay.
The vanilla whipped buttercream on top is only a small swirl that doesn’t help the cake much.
We’ll be staying away from this mousetrap in the future.
