Crunchy-topped Cream Puff filled with one of Walt’s favorite flavors of Cinnamon-spiced Apples and Chantilly Cream

This cute dessert resembles Minnie’s original flower-topped hat.

This is a fantastic dessert. The chantilly cream inside is smooth and creamy without being overly rich or heavy.

The pieces of cinnamon apple mixed within the cream are fresh and firm. You very much get a fresh apple taste and texture. Although, both the apple and cinnamon are used in a controlled manner so as not to overpower the dish.

Minnie’s hat is like a tiny mousse, also with a hint of cinnamon. These are flavors that normally work well together, and this dessert brings them together in perfect balance.

Our only negative mark against it is that the cream puff is pre-made and then refrigerated, resulting in a slightly tougher pastry than you’d expect from a fresh cream puff.

The overall flavor made up for this, though, and we’d certainly order again.
