We broke the news earlier this morning that installation had begun on the Xandarian Spaceship outside of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT. Now, Imagineer Zach Riddley has shared a few close-up photos on his Instagram.

We snapped our photos from the Monorail, but here’s a look from the ground.

The close-up photos reveal some of the details on the ship.

Riddley also shared two pieces of concept art. The piece above shows what the ship would look like in space. The art below is a closeup on the ship from a larger piece of concept art that was previously released.

“A new year brings continued progress at EPCOT. Today I’m excited to share our team has started the installation of the Nova Corps Starblaster ship that will mark the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind entrance at EPCOT,” Riddley said in his post, “Over the coming weeks we’ll be assembling the 51-foot-tall ship, adding finishing details and tying in the landing pad area that surrounds the ship.”
