Walt Disney Imagineer Zach Riddley has shared another look at the Wonders of Xandar Pavilion, which will house Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT.
Among Riddley’s photos is our first close-up look at the tap point or “tapstiles” for the attraction’s Lightning Lane. Instead of featuring the iconic Mickey head, the tap points are purple and feature the Wonders of Xandar Pavilion icon.
Riddley also shared photos of the Starblaster outside of the pavilion.
Finally, this photo featuring the Nova Corps star logo lit up in orange seems to be from inside the pavilion.
Here is Riddley’s full Instagram caption:
This week, we had the opportunity to share the opening date for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind as May 27th at EPCOT! I am so excited to get to share with you all the hard work and pure child-like fun our Imagineering team has put into this attraction. The experience will be unlike any other and we can’t wait to share this story and these characters with all of you soon.
One of my favorite aspects of this attraction is the broad range of design elements throughout the entire pavilion, from the massive scale of the Starblaster out front to the unique EPCOT icon designed for the pavilion. There is so much more to share, but that will come soon [.] For now, mark your calendars and make your plans to save the galaxy… AGAIN!
I am looking forward to opening the Wonders of Xandar pavilion for Guests this Memorial Day Weekend!
As Riddley stated, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will open on May 27.

I guess we’re all presuming this ride is going to be an Individual LL Attraction, replacing Frozen’s status of that in EPCOT, but has there been any actual indication from Disney Parks and will it likely be the ROTR price point?
