Photos of Menu Items at Brew-Wing at the Odyssey at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival
*NEW* Sticky Wings with Peanut Sauce and Grape Gel – $7.50
with Celery and Ranch
These are the most interesting item on the menu and one of our favorites. The flavors work even though we don’t get a lot of the grape gel. The crunch of crushed peanuts on top added a nice texture. It’s more like peanut butter glazed wings. They aren’t spicy, and the wing itself is rather dry — which, in fairness, they did sit out for fifteen minutes while we waited for the brussels sprouts.
Garlic-Parmesan Wings – $7.50
with Celery and Ranch
These are way too greasy. It’s hard to even taste the garlic Parmesan because they’re so oily. Overall, the wings were mediocre. They aren’t crispy at all. Skip these.
Traditional Buffalo Wings – $7.50
with Celery and Ranch
This doesn’t have the best Buffalo flavor. It’s pretty mild and borderline barbecue tasting. Skip these as well.
*NEW* Sriracha-Lime Wings – $7.50
with Celery and Ranch
These things even smell spicy, and they certainly were the hottest of the bunch. There is a small hint of lime. This is a very traditional wing like the buffalo sauce wings and is sriracha heavy. We enjoyed these.
*NEW* Dry-Rubbed Jerk-Spiced Wings with Papaya Chili Sauce – $7.50
with Celery and Ranch
There’s a jerk seasoning, but brown sugar is all we could taste and feel. They were dry, and some bites were like a mouthful of sand. We won’t be ordering these again.
*NEW* Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Buffalo Sauce – $7.50
These were pretty good, but we don’t think we would go out of our way for them. They were a bit too hot for such a hot day. We would recommend getting something from the Fry Basket to go with them, maybe the Yuca fries for some sweetness? These were also made to order, which is nice, but it does take a hot minute to get them. We waited about ten hot minutes.
Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company Pineapple Vibes Blonde Ale, Orlando, FL (5.0% ABV) – $5 for 6 oz., $9 for 12 oz.
Untappd describes this blonde ale as having a “basic malt build for a crisp profile with a subtle hint of pineapple on the finish.”
*NEW* 3 Daughters Brewing Watermelon Wheat Ale, St. Petersburg, FL (4.2% ABV) – $5 for 6 oz., $9 for 12 oz.
From Total Wine & More: “Our light-bodied American wheat ale is complemented by notes of watermelon juice and hull. Easy drinking and slightly fruity, it’s the perfect beer to beat the Florida heat.”
Central 28 Beer Company Groveland Road Blood Orange IPA, DeBary, FL (6.0% ABV) – $5 for 6 oz., $9 for 12 oz.
Untappd says this is “a hoppy, balanced, refreshing IPA [fermented] with a half pound of Blood Orange juice per gallon of beer.”
Bold Rock Honeycrisp Hard Cider, Nellysford, VA (4.7% ABV) – $5 for 6 oz., $9 for 12 oz.
From Bold Rock: “Crisp with a refreshing bite, Bold Rock Honeycrisp Cider is a vibrant apple-forward blend featuring a beautiful golden hue reminiscent of fall colors with a juicy and balanced finish.”
*NEW* Woodchuck Guava ‘Nother Hard Cider, Middlebury, VT (5.0% ABV) – $5 for 6 oz., $9 for 12 oz.
*NEW* Blake’s Hard Cider Co. Strawberry Lemonade Hard Cider, Armada, MI (6.5% ABV) – $5 for 6 oz., $9 for 12 oz.
From Blake’s Hard Cider Co.: “We combined tart lemon with sweet ripe strawberries and finished it off with our five apple blend to bring you a Strawberry Lemonade fresh from our farm…”
