We visited the new National Geographic store, which replaced the WonderGround Gallery, inside the Marketplace Co-Op at Disney Springs. Come and take a tour with us as we explore everything for sale in the shop.

National Geographic Fiji Islands T-Shirt for Adults – $40.00
This National Geographic Fiji Islands T-shirt features three screen art satellite images of coral reefs in the Fiji Islands. According to shopDisney.com, this t-shirt “pays tribute to the many marine biologists and ocean explorers National Geographic funds each year, whose impact work is creating real and positive change in the world.”
The short sleeve t-shirt is made from 100% cotton with a ribbed crew neck. On the lower left-hand side is the National Geographic tag.
National Geographic Tote Bag – $44.99
This large tote bag features a screen art image of a whale breaching the surface of the water against a background of soaring mountains.
The bag, which measures 20 1/2” H x 15 3/4” W x 6 3/4” D, has the National Geographic appliqué label in the upper center.
The tote bag includes two generously sized black shoulder straps.
National Geographic King Penguins 1/4 Zip High Pile Jacket for Adults – $150.00
This warm and cozy high pile 1/4 zip jacket is “inspired by a National Geographic photograph of two king penguins.” The jacket, with a cadet collar and two side pockets, has an abstract landscape of vibrant colors of purple and blue swirls with the two king penguins in their signature yellow-orange feathers.
The abstract landscape runs down the sleeves and all across the back. The jacket is made from recycled polyester and has a National Geographic icon appliqué on left sleeve.
National Geographic Stainless Steel Water Bottle – $29.99
This stainless steel water bottle features waves in white against a blue ocean.
With a screw top lid and carrying loop, the bottle has the yellow National Geographic frame at the bottom of the bottle.
It is recommended that the water bottle is hand-washed thoroughly before the first use and is not microwave or dishwasher safe.

Perfect for kids or adults, these compact binoculars are great for bird watching, your next safari, or getting a better look at a Disney parade or castle show!

National Geographic Wave Pullover Hoodie for Women – $80.00
This National Geographic pullover hoodie features an all-over ocean wave print on a dark blue background.
The National Geographic icon appliqué is found on the left sleeve. It has an elastic waist and cuffs. The hood has dark blue drawstrings. The hoodie coordinates with the National Geographic Wave Jogger Pants for Women (sold separately) seen below.
National Geographic Wave Jogger Pants for Adults – $70.00
These National Geographic Wave Jogger Pants, which match the above pullover hoodie, also feature the white waves on a blue ocean.
With the all-cotton French terry design, the jogger pants feature an elastic waistband with a drawstring tie and side and back pockets.
National Geographic Octopus T-Shirt for Adults – $40.00
The front and back of this t-shirt feature a silk-screened orange octopus swimming in front of the National Geographic logo.

This is another variation on the National Geographic Wave Pullover Hoodie, however, instead of side pockets, this hoodie has a front kangaroo pocket and is for both men and women.
This pullover hoodie also has an all-over ocean wave print design and comes with a ribbed waistband and cuffs. It is made from 100% French terry cotton and comes with a lined hood with adjustable drawstrings. The National Geographic icon appliqué can be found on the left sleeve.
National Geographic Wave Jogger Pants for Adults – $70.00
As with the other ocean hoodie pullover, this design also comes with a coordinating pair of jogger pants. These pants, which are also unisex, have an all-over print in blue and white.
The comfortable 100% French terry cotton has an elastic waistband with a drawstring tie and comes with the National Geographic tag near the waistband.
The bottom of the joggers has dark blue ribbed cuffs.
National Geographic Octopus 1/4 Zip High Pile Jacket for Adults – $150.00
Although this octopus-patterned 1/4 zip jacket features a creature that typically lives in cold water, this blue and orange high-pile jacket will keep you toasty warm.
Made with recycled polyester, this sherpa-style jacket features a nearly hidden 1/4 front zipper with a cadet collar and side pockets.

National Geographic Quilted Vest for Adults – $150.00
According to shopDisney.com, this National Geographic quilted vest was inspired by the everyday explorer. This mid-weight vest comes in grey recycled polyester.
The fully zippered jacket, in a matching grey, has a National Geographic tag on the upper left chest and a “National Geographic” embossed pull tab.
The inside of the vest is fully lined in grey fleece.
The vest also has two generously sized welt pockets and is fully waterproof.
The quilting runs throughout the vest and the bottom and arm holes are tailored in grey fleece.
National Geographic Tubbataha Reef Long Sleeve T-Shirt for Adults – $50.00
This colorful National Geographic Tubbataha Reef Long Sleeve T-Shirt is comfy to wear while lounging at home or cool enough when paired with a jacket to go out with friends.
The shirt highlights the wonders of Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Philippines. The screen art design t-shirt, which shows the reefs on the top half, is made from 100% cotton with a ribbed crew neck and straight-cuffed long sleeves.
Underneath the reefs, in chartreuse, it says ”Park under the Sea Beautiful & Wonderful Corals.” According to National Geographic, this reef system is home to up to 700 species of fish, along with sea turtles, manta rays, and sharks.
The back of the shirt is left unadorned.
National Geographic Polar Ice Bomber Jacket for Women – $190.00
With a photographic pattern of glaciers all over the jacket, this woman’s National Geographic Polar Ice Bomber Jacket makes quite a statement.
The jacket is mid-weight and water-repellent. Its shell fabric and fill are made from recycled materials.
The jacket has a two-way full front zipper in black and includes two front zip pockets.
The inside black placket has an embossed “National Geographic” logo and a National Geographic appliqué on the chest.
National Geographic Bomber Jacket with Hood for Adults – $200.00
This dark grey, mid-weight jacket is perfect for cool days and nights.
The full-length zippered jacket has a cadet collar, two fully zippered front pockets with National Geographic pull tabs and a matching lining.
On the upper left chest is a National Geographic appliqué.
From the back, you can see the hidden packable hood with toggle fastener underneath the collar.

How beautiful is this grey short-sleeved t-shirt with a majestic whale pictured on the front and back of the shirt?!
On the front of this 100% cotton t-shirt, a blue and purple whale dives in front of “National Geographic” while “illuminate and protect” runs across the bottom of the logo. The shirt has a ribbed crew neck and finished sleeves.
On the back of the t-shirt, which celebrates the grandeur of whales, the largest animals on Earth, a larger image of the whale is featured with National Geographic’s mission statement to the ”Power of science, exploration, education, and storytelling,” to ”illuminate and protect.”
As with all of the other items, the National Geographic tag is on the lower front hem.

This NatGeo pullover hoodie features the same photography highlighting the beauty of glaciers as on the bomber jacket. This hoodie has an all-over print of the declining polar ice. It includes a lined hoodie with black drawstrings and a kangaroo front pocket.
The entire hoodie is made from 100% French cotton terry and the inside has a white waffle knit lining.
The sleeves, along with the waistband, are trimmed in a black ribbing.

The shell fabric and lining are made from recycled polyester. The body of the jacket is quilted and has a full, two way zipper.

National Geographic – Rock Tumbler Explorer Series – $44.99
The National Geographic Rock Tumbler is a complete rock polishing kit that turns rough rocks into gemstones. The kit includes one pound of rough gemstones, eight packets of polishing grit, a storage pouch, and five jewelry fastenings.
The tumbler barrel is designed to be low-noise and leakproof. It has a built-in timer and automatic shut-off switch too. It is not recommended for children under 8 years old.

National Geographic – Earth Science Activity Kit – $29.99
Most definitely recommended for kids ages 8 and up, this National Geographic Earth Science Activity Kit is everything an up-and-coming scientist could want! It combines science experiments, growing crystals, digging for treasure, and more!
The kit includes one green crystal-growing powder packet, seed rock, crystal display stand, crystal-growing chamber, volcano mold with rubber band, bag of plaster, bag of eruption powder A, bag of eruption powder B, two stir sticks, paintbrush, three colors of paint, pyrite dig brick, dig tool, magnifying glass, snowflake obsidian, tiger’s eye, green fluorite, pumice, desert rose, blue calcite, geode, agate, specimen storage case, tornado tube, learning guide, and four instruction booklets.
And if that wasn’t enough, there is a tornado tube that allows kids to create a vortex. The kit also contains a handy storage case and a full-color learning guide.
The Walt Disney Company acquired a 73% interest in National Geographic Partners five years ago when it purchased 21st Century Fox. National Geographic Society continues to own the remaining 27% of the partnership.
