The Columbia Sportswear Company has unveiled a new collection inspired by “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” animated series. The limited special edition clothing line will go on sale Friday, December 2, 2022, at 12:01 a.m. EST, at select Columbia Sportswear locations, including the Disney Springs location, as well as through the Columbia Sportswear website.
The Republic Parka – Men’s – $500.00
This parka, which comes in ice white and an azure blue, was inspired by the adventures of Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker on the ice planet Orto Plutonia. This special-edition hooded parka is built for warmth in frigid conditions and crafted with “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” fans in mind.
The parka has a fur-lined hood, two deep upper pockets with flaps, two small pockets on each of the upper sleeves, and two bottom zippered pockets.
The “blood chit” label features a fan-friendly message coded in Aurebesh. The interior of the parka also has a multi-colored lining and an zippered inside pocket.
The exterior of the parka has a distressed design and features a Jedi crest on the upper left side.
Other features include two side zip pockets, comfort cuffs with thumb holes, and a woven Republic insignia. Sizes range from XXS to XXL.
The Ahsoka Tano Jacket – Women’s – $414.00
This 3/4 length woman’s parka was inspired by the invincible Ahsoka Tano and the snow jacket she wore on Carlac in “Star Wars: The Clone Wars.”
The coat comes in a cocoa color and has a fur-trimmed hood, two seconded sleeves, two outside zipped pockets, as well as fur-trimmed sleeves and hem.
The interior of the Ahsoka Tano parka has the same patterned lining as The Republic Parka, however, the custom “blood chit” inside this jacket tells Ahsoka’s story in Aurebesh.
The fur trimmed hood features accents reminiscent of Ahsoka’s montrals and a custom blue and white patterned print. The zipper has two blue fabric pull tabs.
Other features include premium trim, fur cuffs, and a woven Republic insignia.
The Republic Heavyweight Pullover – $140.00
This Republic Heavyweight Pullover is made from a cotton blend. It has two pull strings to adjust the hood opening, a Jedi crest on the chest, elastic around the cuffs, a kangaroo pocket, and a Republic insignia on the sleeve.
On the back is a coded message in Aurebesh.
The Republic Ball Cap – $40.00
A wear-anywhere ball cap built for “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” fans and outdoor enthusiasts alike, featuring a mesh back for breathability, custom fit closure with an adjustable snap back, embroidered Jedi crest on the front, and woven Republic insignia on the back.
