This funnel cake takes a really cute photo, but it’s really nothing special. 

The whipped cream on top has a consistency and aftertaste like butter. It’s too processed, and there’s quite a bit of it, so it’s hard to escape.

The peppermint ice cream is very subtle and not too strong, which is nice, because sometimes peppermint can overpower everything. The small chocolate funnel cake underneath is really lacking any chocolate or flavor in general. It’s certainly not the worst thing at the festival, but we’d pass on it in the future.
