New Disney100 Emporium Window Displays Installed at Disneyland

Hey there, hi there, ho there, we’re almost ready to kick off the Disney100 celebration tomorrow! As decor goes up around the resort, from medallions on Buena Vista Street to banners across Sleeping Beauty Castle, we found another new addition — the Emporium display windows on Main Street, U.S.A. are decked out with merchandise and characters!

The three windows each pay tribute to a different era of Disney in their decor. The first shows off the early classics like “Fantasia,” “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” “Cinderella,” and “Peter Pan.” The books stacked also show “Bambi,” “Dumbo,” “Sleeping Beauty,” “Alice in Wonderland,” and “Lady and the Tramp.”

Inside the window we also see the grey long-sleeve Disney100 shirt, the lanyard, a Pluto plush, and the youth Spirit Jersey.

The second window pays tribute to the Disney Renaissance, with books for “The Little Mermaid,” “Beauty and the Beast,” and “Aladdin” all on display. “Disney100” sparkles behind in silver and blue lighting.

Merchandise on display includes the photo album, water bottle, Loungefly backpack, and mouse ear hat.

Finally, we get into some of the more modern films along with late Disney Renaissance in the third and final window. We see books for “Pocahontas,” “The Princess and the Frog,” “Moana,” and “Encanto.” Books are also piled for “Hercules,” “The Emperor’s New Groove,” “Mulan,” “Lilo and Stitch,” “Zootopia,” and “Frozen.”

Merchandise on display here include the adult Spirit Jersey, the pink ears, and a Mickey plush in his Disney100 outfit.

The 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company kicks off at Disneyland on January 27, 2023. Throughout the resort, guests will enjoy special limited-time offerings taking place all year long, including new platinum-infused decor, two new nighttime spectaculars — “Wondrous Journeys” and “World of Color: ONE,” new sparkling looks for Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and their pals, special food and beverage offerings, merchandise, and more. To help kick off the celebration, the new Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway also opens in Mickey’s Toontown on January 27.
