After a year of absence, the beloved Earl of Sandwich reopened today in the Downtown Disney District of Disneyland! Join us as we take a tour of this temporary location of the returning sandwich shop.
You can watch a full tour of the returning outlet on our YouTube channel above.
This location is at the former La Brea Bakery location, which suddenly closed earlier last month. As we walk in the door we see an ad for Earl’s limited time sandwich offer: a spicy BBQ brisket sandwich.
There is plenty of outdoor seating toward the promenade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
Upon entering we are greeted by a note “from” John Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich.
Hand sanitizer and the Union Jack greet guests as they make their way toward the counter to order their sandwich.
The menu includes breakfast sandwiches, which are served until 11am daily.
The lunch and dinner menu includes sandwiches, wrap, and salads.
After placing an order, guests can turn around and grab napkins, condiments, and even some hot coffee.
There are currently barriers up keeping guests from utilizing this bar style seating which is left over from La Brea Bakery. However, we have heard that it might open up in the coming weeks.
A full-service Earl of Sandwich Tavern which will offer seated meals and a full bar is expected to open within the next several weeks and utilize this space.
Earl of Sandwich Food and Beverage Options
