Starting March 20, guests at Walt Disney World who purchase Genie+ can get free downloads of their on-ride photos as part of the program’s perks. This addition was announced earlier this year, but a date was not given until today.
Guests will receive digital downloads of their Disney PhotoPass attraction photos, taken in the park on the day of their purchase, at no additional charge.
This does not include photos taken by PhotoPass photographers around the parks or with characters.
Disney’s announcement reads, “…Guests purchasing Disney Genie+ service will also receive digital downloads of their Disney PhotoPass attraction photos, taken in the park on the day of their purchase, at no additional charge. Attraction photos are taken while in the parks at more than a dozen of our most popular attractions, including Space Mountain, Slinky Dog Dash, Test Track, Expedition Everest, and more. Disney PhotoPass terms and conditions and expiration policy apply.”
