Today Disney Parks on Twitter shared an image of three posters showcasing attractions within the upcoming World of Frozen land in Hong Kong Disneyland. “Attraction posters go back to the earliest days at Disneyland and share a glimpse of all that awaits in the park.”

The attraction poster trio features images for Frozen Ever After, World of Frozen, and Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs.

According to the official release, “the posters are unique on their own, yet part of a visual family. Imagineers utilized a vibrant, but limited color palette while giving the illustrations a hand-drawn quality.”

Frozen Ever After

The first of the three featured attraction posters features artwork for Frozen Ever After. The planned attraction will be an exact copy of the ride currently open to guests at EPCOT in Walt Disney World.

This slow-moving boat ride is a song-filled journey through “Frozen” scenes, with backward and forward plunges down short waterfalls. The attraction features projection technology as well as animatronic characters from the beloved film.

Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs

The second attraction poster is for Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs. This is a new ride being built at Hong Kong Disneyland. It is inspired by Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post and Sauna, where Oaken works. No other versions of this ride currently exist in other Disney Parks.

Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs will take guests on a journey through Arendelle. The ride begins in Oaken’s shop, and is a brand new rollercoaster experience for Hong Kong Disneyland Resort visitors.

At the D23 Expo, guests were able to see a vehicle maquette for this upcoming ride. They are modeled after a sleigh with room for two guests per vehicle. The attraction is scheduled to open with the rest of World of Frozen later this year.

Arendelle: World of Frozen

The last image is a poster for the World of Frozen land as a whole. Arendelle’s architecture is prominently featured, and Elsa’s Ice Castle can be seen in the background.

The Arendelle: World of Frozen expansion is set to open at Hong Kong Disneyland during the second half of 2023. When the land debuts, it will be the world’s first Frozen-themed land. It will also be the park’s largest expansion to date.

In addition to the two new attractions shown above, the land will have a restaurant and shopping outlets. Last month, Hong Kong Disneyland shared progress on the upcoming land; at the time, the construction of the Arendelle village was nearly finished. The clock tower, Elsa’s Ice Palace on the North Mountain, and Arendelle Castle were already in place.
