The dinner show features Clarabelle Cow and Horace Horsecollar preparing their own variety show. Disney Parks Blog’s description says, “Mickey Mouse and his friends invite you to join this foot-tappin’ show packed with everything from romantic ballads to comedic scenes.”

“The Diamond Variety Muster” replaces the “Mickey & Company” show.

The Diamond Horseshoe’s menu includes horseshoe-shaped bread, tortilla rolls, sausages, and fried chicken. The kids’ menu includes meat patties, sausages, and fried shrimp.

“Mickey’s Rainbow Luau” will also resume at Polynesian Terrace Restaurant on September 1.

Tokyo Disney Resort also announced the new “Duffy & Friends’ Wonderful Friendship” show, replacing the former “My Friend Duffy” show at Cape Cod Cook-Off in Tokyo DisneySea.

The Diamond Horseshoe & Golden Horseshoe

The Diamond Horseshoe is an opening day restaurant at both Magic Kingdom (October 1, 1971) and Tokyo Disneyland (April 15, 1983). It’s based on the Golden Horseshoe Saloon from Disneyland park, which was also an opening day restaurant/attraction. Various live shows have rotated through all three restaurants over the years.

Walt Disney and his wife, Lillian, celebrated their 30th anniversary at Golden Horseshoe Saloon. Walt had a private box upstairs and to the right of the stage that is now public.

Disney legend Harper Goff based the design of the original saloon on his own set design for the 1953 film “Calamity Jane” starring Doris Day.
