Disneyland Resort is testing a new mobile merchandise order service, with participants able to get free parking.
With this service, guests can place orders of $20 or more for select merchandise, and pick up their items same-day at World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District.
Buy Now, Pick Up Later with Mobile Order Service
Not only will eligible Magic Key holder discounts be applied to qualifying merchandise mobile orders, but guests that make a $20 minimum purchase in the Disneyland app for same-day pick-up at World of Disney may also enjoy complimentary same-day parking at the Simba Lot for up to 3 hours.
Purchase select merchandise through the Disneyland app and your merchandise will be ready for same-day pickup at World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District:
- Select World of Disney and choose a pick-up arrival window to get started.
- Browse the list of merchandise and add the items you’d like to purchase to your cart.
- After you’ve reviewed your details, pay for your order using a stored payment method, Disney Gift Card, Disney Rewards Redemption Card or Apple Pay.
- Once within your arrival window, let us know you’re on your way by tapping the “Prepare My Order” button in the Disneyland app.
- You’ll receive a notification from the Disneyland app when your order is ready. Head to the West entrance at World of Disney to receive your order.
This service is available for select items at World of Disney and is now testing for a limited time.
Parking Validation
Guests that make a $20 minimum purchase in the Disneyland app may enjoy complimentary same-day parking for the first 3 hours only at the Simba Lot located off of Disneyland Drive, between West Katella Avenue and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel.
Validation must be obtained at the time of pick-up of the purchase at World of Disney. Be sure to bring your Simba Lot parking ticket for validation.
This offer may not be combined with other Downtown Disney location validations. It’s available for a maximum of 5 hours of same-day parking at the Simba Lot with applicable validations. Beyond these validations, each additional hour of parking at the Simba Lot costs $14, charged in 30-minute increments, with a minimum of $7. The maximum daily parking and lost ticket fee is $66. Parking is subject to capacity.
Guests who do not meet the $20 minimum purchase or do not make such purchase through mobile order in the Disneyland app for pick up later that day at World of Disney will be subject to current Downtown Disney District parking guidelines and fees.
Note that restaurants and lounges within Disneyland Resort hotels do not validate for Downtown Disney District parking areas.
Discounts
Eligible discounts will be automatically applied for the following:
- Disney Visa Cardmembers
- Disneyland Resort Magic Key Holders
- Disney Vacation Club Members
For automatic discounts to be applied, you must be logged in to your Disney account and your card or membership information must be up-to-date.
Pay with your Disney Visa Card and/or Disney Rewards Redemption Card to qualify for the Cardmember discount. Make sure to use the most recent version of the Disneyland app to receive applicable discounts.
Returns
Items purchase through mobile order are subject to the standard Disneyland Resort return policy and procedures.
If you do not pick up your merchandise order from the pick-up location before the location closes at the end of the day on which you placed the order, the order will be refunded.
Mobile ordering, offerings, and availability are subject to restrictions and change or cancellation without notice. Disney reserves the right to cancel any purchases at any time for any reason without liability, and to provide applicable refunds.
