New decorations for a Music Fest ’69 scare zone have been erected at Universal Studios Florida ahead of Halloween Horror Nights 32.
Music Fest ’69 Scare Zone
The psychedelic decorations are around a stage in the New York section of the park.
“Music Fest ’69” is painted on a panel on the front of the stage and another in the top left corner.
The most recent Halloween Horror Nights speculation map from Horror Night Nightmares had this area labeled as a zodiac scare zone, but a “Vamp ’69” scare zone was pinned for Hollywood. The music fest could be a version of the latter. This is somewhat of a recurring theme we’ve seen for HHN before, with “Vamp ’55” being featured during Halloween Horror Nights 26 and “Vamp ’85” at Halloween Horror Nights 28. ’55 was in Hollywood, though ’85 was also in New York.
Various hippie characters are pictured amid sun eyes, mushrooms, and skulls.
The images are in vibrant colors against a mostly purple background.
The acts listed on one side are Kat and the Gemstones, Pacific Sandals, The Flaming Carrots, The Henderson Experience, Groovy Kitties, and Hazy Diamond Trio.
A hint at the Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary Tribute Store teases that the Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store will return to the New York area as well.
Halloween Horror Nights 32 will take place on select nights from September 1 through November 4. So far, houses inspired by “Stranger Things,” “The Last of Us,” and “Chucky” have been confirmed.
Though not officially confirmed, Death Eaters will appear in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley. A rumored house for calls back to the origins of the infamous Jack the Clown, indicating he may return once again. Another rumor indicates there may be a house inspired by the defunct Dueling Dragons coaster.
