Flavors from Fire is a marketplace booth, available during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, that tends to come up with…creative dishes. Sometimes, they’re great! Sometimes, they’re a bit weird. This year, there’s a new addition of a Chimichurri Marinated Skirt Steak Taco, which sounds great, and a Spiced Chocolate Tart with BBQ Potato Chip Crust, which sounds a bit weird.
