The Fry Basket, which made its debut in 2022 at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, returns! We had a lot of fun at this booth last year, because who doesn’t love snacking on fries as they walk around EPCOT? New to the menu this year is Pickle Fries with Dill Ranch, and then returning favorites like the Yuca Fries, Barbecued Bacon Fries, and more.

*NEW* Pickle Fries with Dill Ranch – $5.50
We’re very surprised these came out of a booth, as they’re more like restaurant-quality, deep-fried pickles. They’re comparable to the ones at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, which are also good.
The pickle is fresh and juicy, and the dill ranch combination sauce, which is served drizzled on top, goes well with the pickles. You get a decent portion for the price.
We think these are a must-get item. We recommend dipping your pickle fries into your pickle milkshake from Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey.
Fry Flight – $7.50
Sea Salt and Malt Vinegar Fries
The salt and vinegar fries tasted exactly as you’d expect.
Barbecued Bacon Fries with Smoked Aïoli
The barbecue bacon fries were our favorite. They were perfectly seasoned, and the smoked aioli adds to the BBQ flavor.
Sweet Potato Casserole Fries with Candied Pecans, Toasted Marshmallow Cream and Caramel Whisky
The sweet potato fries are the sweet option to contrast the two savory dishes. They have a cinnamon sugar seasoning. You don’t taste much of the marshmallow cream (ours melted), and the candied pecans add crunch and more sweetness to the fries.
Adobo Yuca Fries with Garlic-Cilantro Aïoli – $5.50
These were nicely cooked with a light, crisp outer layer. They have steak fry consistency and a generous amount of seasoning. The garlic cilantro aioli adds creaminess, but not much flavor to the fries.
*NEW* Stone Brewing Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager, San Diego, CA (4.7% ABV) – $5.50 for 6 oz., $9.50 for 12 oz.
According to Stone Brewing, this lager has a “light straw, very clear, and thin white head,” an aroma that’s “clean with dominant fresh-squeezed lime juice and slight, pleasant corn chip,” with a taste of “lime throughout with a touch of sweet malt.” It’s “ultra crisp and refreshing and very balanced. A slight tartness with light bitterness and a refreshing, drying character.”
Salty Dog Cocktail: Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka ($33/bottle) with Grapefruit Juice, Ginger, Simple Syrup and Lime with a Salted Rim – $12.00
This drink is very good. It’s heavy on vodka, so if you are a vodka drinker, you will love this drink. The grapefruit and the simple syrup provide a sweet touch to the drink, and the salted rim brings out the flavors. Although, we didn’t taste the ginger in this. We still recommend it; it’s very refreshing.
