The 2024-2025 Walt Disney World Ambassador team has been selected, Disney Parks announced on Instagram. Disney Parks around the world appoint ambassadors every two years to represent the resort and Cast Members.
2024-2025 Walt Disney World Ambassadors
Serena Arvizu and Shannon Smith-Conrad will represent the 75,000+ Walt Disney World Cast Members through 2025.
They are replacing Ali Manion and Raevon Redding, who have been the Walt Disney World Ambassadors since 2022.
Both Serena and Shannon got their start with Disney as Disney College Program participants. Serena worked as a hostess at The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom, while Shannon worked in Attractions and Transportation. They both fell in love with Disney on their programs and knew they had found their home. Serena and Shannon also participated in Professional Internships with the company and Shannon is a recent Disney Aspire graduate.
The new Disneyland Paris Ambassadors were named on Thursday and the new Disneyland Resort Ambassadors are sure to be revealed soon.
