This new Mole Half Chicken, served in honor of Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month at Disneyland Park, is now available at Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante.

There is plenty of mole sauce on the chicken.

The dish is served with a side of tortillas.

The mole half chicken is garnished with pepitas, and the beans have a sprinkle of cotija cheese.

This dish is great comfort food. The mole sauce is pretty authentic-tasting for a theme park, and you get a big portion of chicken. The sides of rice and beans are pretty standard, and the extra tortillas are a nice touch if you want to make a mini mole taco or burrito. The chicken itself is cooked perfectly and is well complemented by the mole sauce. It’s hearty, filling, and delicious. We will be back for more.
