The Darth by Chocolate Parfait is back for Halloween 2023 at Disneyland. This “Star Wars”-inspired treat was previously available during the 2019 Halloween season and returned for May the 4th this year. You can find it at Galactic Grill in Tomorrowland.

Layers of Chocolate Pudding, Red Velvet Sponge, Chocolate Mousse and Crushed Chocolate Creme-filled Cookies
This comes with a chocolate Darth Vader mask-shaped medallion and a red lightsaber atop the confection. It might be one of the best desserts we’ve had at Disneyland and we’re glad it keeps coming back.
This Darth Vader-themed parfait is truly “death by chocolate.”
Layers of red velvet on the bottom pair perfectly with rich chocolate mousse and Oreo crumbles.
The top hard layer of chocolate ganache adds some protection, so you can carry this guy all the way to Batuu for some fun photo ops.
Be sure to scoop all the way up from the bottom to enjoy every layer at once.
All we can say is we had a few kids tasting this, and the dessert was gone in about 30 seconds flat. Grab this immediately on your next trip.

Halloween at Disneyland Resort
On weekends and select weekday nights, Disneyland guests can enjoy “Halloween Screams” in the skies above Sleeping Beauty Castle. “Wondrous Journeys” ceased performances for the holiday nighttime spectaculars, but is expected to return next year.
Over in New Orleans Square, the Haunted Mansion has become Haunted Mansion Holiday featuring “The Nightmare Before Christmas” characters.
In Downtown Disney District is the Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit scavenger hunt. Players can win a pumpkin bucket-shaped sipper featuring different character pumpkins.
Oogie Boogie Bash has returned to Disney California Adventure for another frightening season. Judge Doom, Yokai, and Lotso all debuted for this year’s event. Villains Grove is back, taking over Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. The Frightfully Fun Parade also features Disney Villains and other characters.
