During our latest trip to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, we noticed that a brand new outdoor movie screen has been installed in the campsites’ “Movies Under the Stars” viewing area.
The new outdoor movie projector screen, which sits to the right of the Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long area in front of several rows of metal benches, displays a new white screen with wood support beams and concrete bases.
The new screen was installed sometime between August 2023 and now. It was well overdue, as the former screen was in rough shape.
Complimentary outdoor movies can be enjoyed by guests nightly at the Campground Cinema location as weather permits. Guests can bring camping chairs and blankets or sit on the metal benches provided for each viewing.
