Cafe de Olla, or Mexican spiced coffee flavored with coffee, cinnamon, and raw dark sugar, is now available in cold brew form at the Cappuccino Cart. This special beverage is only available for a limited time, during the 2023 Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure, so get yours soon before it’s gone!

Piloncillo-sweetened Coffee Spiced with Star Anise, Clove, and Cinnamon topped with a Hot Chocolate Cream Cold Foam
The Cafe de Olla Cold Brew is a cinnamon and sweet cold brew with a little holiday spice mixed in, and while it’s not the best cold brew we’ve had in the parks, it is very tasty. It’s similar to the Horchata Cold Brew but with a hint of chocolate. It was a little too sweet for us, but those who prefer sugary coffee will enjoy it.
This item will be available from November 10, 2023, to January 7, 2024.
