A man jumped to his death from the Pixar Pals parking garage at Disneyland Resort on Wednesday, Orange County Register reports.

Our reporters noticed significant police activity at the Pixar Pals parking structure on Wednesday night. It was partially closed off to guests at the time. On Thursday, OCR confirmed the incident.

Anaheim Police spokesperson Sgt. Jon McClintock told OCR that the police responded to a call about someone jumping from the structure at about 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15. Police found a man dead at the scene. The Orange County Coroner’s office is leading an investigation into the incident, which is currently considered a suicide.

There have been six reported deaths at the Disneyland Resort parking structures since 2010, with three in the past year.

In December 2022, Christopher Christensen jumped to his death from the Mickey and Friends parking garage. Christensen was a Huntington Beach elementary school principal facing misdemeanor charges for child endangerment and battery.

This February, Marney Schoenfeld of Scottsdale, Arizona died after either jumping or falling from the Mickey and Friends garage. Schoenfeld “received treatment at the scene” but was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The Mickey and Friends parking structure was the world’s largest with 10,000 spaces when it opened in 2000, before the opening of Disney California Adventure, the second Disneyland Resort theme park. The Pixar Pals parking structure opened in 2019, with 5,500 spaces
