Today, in honor of Walt Disney’s birthday, EPCOT unveiled the park’s new World Celebration Gardens and Dreamers Point featuring the Walt the Dreamer statue. As promised by concept art released over a year ago, light-up pavement has returned with the new gardens. Now that night has descended on the park, we can see the illuminated sidewalks.
Light-Up Pavement in EPCOT
The concept art only showed golden light, but the final curving lines in the World Celebration pavement are lit up various colors including blue, green, red, and pink.
The lighting on the floor matches the colorful lights coming from the white poles throughout the gardens, which shift and change throughout the evening.

There are also lighting fixtures among the trees.
Circular lights are suspended above the sidewalk with black poles, making them almost appear to float in the air.
There are dots of light in the pavement around Dreamers Point, and some lights at Walt the Dreamer’s feet keeping the statue illuminated.
