Among the new seasonal offerings at Disney California Adventure is the Blue Hawaiian cocktail from Pym Tasting Lab in Avengers Campus.

Pym Tasting Lab is located to the right of Pym Test Kitchen, and is directly in front of Avengers Headquarters.

The Blue Hawaiian is a very basic juice cocktail. There’s a sweetness that’s not very profound, and we definitely cannot taste the alcohol. To us, it tastes like Blue Curacao, which isn’t listed on the ingredient list, but we’d guess it’s present based on the color of the drink.

Usually these drinks are quite syrupy, but this one is not. It’s also not super sweet, with only faint hints of pineapple and coconut flavors. Overall, we’d consider this a mediocre tiki cocktail.
