Walt Disney World has a new series of “Cars” merchandise available, including “Cars” T-shirts and a “Cars” ball cap.
New “Cars” Merchandise
We first found the T-shirts, tank top, and sweatshirt in Test Track SIMporium at EPCOT.
We later spotted them at World of Disney in Disney Springs, where we also found the ball cap. The youth items were at Beverly Sunset Shop in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Champions Custom Speed Shop T-Shirt – $34.99
This T-shirt is dark blue with a logo for Champions Custom Speed Shop on the left breast.
The logo is pale yellow. A tire spins in the center and “Radiator Springs” is printed in small lettering at the bottom. On one side is an image of a Piston Cup with the numbers 51 and 95 — the racing numbers of the Hudson Hornet and Lightning McQueen, respectively.
The Hudson Hornet, a.k.a. Doc Hudson, is pictured on the back of the shirt. “Dirt Track” and “Hudson 51 Hornet” are printed above the image. He has clouds of dirt around him showing how fast he’s going.
“Radiator Springs” is at the bottom of the image, which takes up half of the shirt’s back. This design is printed in pale yellow and weathered white.
Tow Mater Towing & Salvage Sweatshirt – $54.99
The long-sleeved sweatshirt is a faded green color. The black logo on the left breast is for Tow Mater’s Towing & Salvage.
The logo features Mater’s silhouette. “Radiator Springs” is in cursive script along the bottom.
Mater is pictured in more detail on the back of the sweatshirt. “Tow Mater Towing & Salvage Radiator Springs” is in white lettering on a black semi-circle at the top of the design. There are two black stars around the words.
Next to Mater is “Need a lift?” in cursive. In a rectangle on the bottom is “Ain’t no need to watch where I’m going, just need to know where I’ve been.”
Ornament Valley T-Shirt – $34.99
This T-shirt is burnt orange. A Radiator Springs “RD TRIP” license plate is on the left breast.
Behind the plate is the skyline of Ornament Valley in gray. A yellow sun sets behind the rocks.
A circular design on the back depicts Ornament Valley in orange and yellow with white clouds in the distance.
The dark border features “All revved up for adventure” and “Ornament Valley” in white lettering. There are also yellow stars on the border.
Dinoco Tank Top – $34.99
This tank top is light blue and features an advertisement design for Dinoco. The fictional oil company was originally featured in “Toy Story” as a gas station. In the “Cars” franchise, Dinoco sponsors racers Strip “The King” Weathers, Cal Weathers, and Cruz Ramirez.
The design is orange and dark blue, reading “Full service Dinoco filling stations.” It features a retro gas pump with a Dinoco Gasoline logo featuring a Stegosaurus. A road is labeled “U.S. 66,” a.k.a. Route 66.
Lightning McQueen T-Shirt – $29.99
This red shirt features Lightning McQueen on the chest, with a lightning-shaped path behind him. A dark stripe features the yellow sun and the silhouette of Willy’s Butte. Lightning’s racing number, 95, is also over the stripe. “Lightning Speed” is in the lower left corner.
Lightning & Mater T-Shirt – $29.99
This tee is black with a black-and-white image of Lightning and Mater in Radiator Springs on the chest. Red lettering around the square image reads “Start your engine and speed on over.”
It resembles a postcard for the “Cars” town. A red tire mark cuts across the shirt behind the image.
Lightning McQueen Ball Cap – $24.99
The ball cap is bright red — the color of Lightning. A patch on the front features Lightning below his name and “95” in yellow-gold.
“Lightning” is in similar yellow lettering while “McQueen” is blue.

The tank top is dark gray with red around the neck and sleeves. Lightning McQueen is in the center with yellow and gray stripes behind him. “95,” his number, is above him with a shadowing effect.
