The create your own character headband experience featuring mini plush Disney and Pixar characters is now available at Disneyland Resort.
Just in time for the kick-off of Pixar Fest 2024, the custom plush character headbands that were announced earlier this month have debuted at Disneyland Resort.
We found the character headband supplies at Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff in Disney California Adventure. They will also be available for purchase at The Mad Hatter on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park. Previously, guests would have to travel to Hong Kong Disneyland for this merchandise experience.

Inside the shop, multiple areas were displaying the headbands and mini character plush to choose from.
The plush character options at Bing Bong’s Sweet Shop include:

- Minnie Mouse
- Donald Duck
- Daisy Duck
- Chip
- Dale
- Winnie the Pooh
- Tigger
- Stitch
- Buzz Lightyear
- Alien
- Lots-o’-Huggin’ Bear
The base headband costs $9.99 and each mini plush is $11.99.
The experience is currently listed at a limit of five per item, per guest.

We decided on a headband with three “Toy Story” aliens, which cost a total of $39.61 with our Inspire Key 20% discount applied.
We’ve spotted loads of other new merchandise items in celebration of Pixar Fest, including a “Monsters Inc.” tumbler, a Slinky Dog sipper, a Dug popcorn bucket, Magic Key-exclusive merch, and an alien macaron straw clip.
