The sundae is at Hollywood Scoops on Sunset Boulevard, around the corner from Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy. Rosie’s All-American Cafe next door serves the Lightning McQueen Spare Tire.

This sundae is a massive portion for just one person, and would be better shared with friends or family.

In Florida, it melts instantly. The cake doughnut is brownie-like. It’s too soft for this sundae and falls apart, but it’s easy to mix with the ice cream. The Lightning medallion is white chocolate but wasn’t too sweet. The sprinkles add texture.

Make sure to consider your ice cream choice when ordering. We wanted orange ice cream but realized we wouldn’t like the flavor mixed with the hot fudge.
