Disney Parks Blog has announced new details regarding offerings that will be available for the Disney Jr. Let’s Play! Party, happening this August at Disney California Adventure.

As part of the festivities happening at Disneyland Resort for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, guests can enjoy the Disney Jr. Let’s Play! Party at Disney California Adventure on August 8, 2024. The event will celebrate Disney Jr. characters and stories from series like “Disney Jr.’s Ariel,” “Mickey Mouse Funhouse,” “SuperKitties,” and more.
At 10:30 a.m. on the day of the event, the parade route at Disney California Adventure will see Disney Jr. friends in a parade with drummers and vehicles.
Making her Disney Parks debut this day will be Disney Jr.’s Ariel, who will make a special, one-day-only appearance at Disney California Adventure on August 8.
In Hollywood Land, guests can find a “Disney Jr.’s Ariel” arts and crafts area. At the Hollywood Backlot Stage, families can enjoy a series of live performances, and kids can decorate cupcakes during “Confection Purrfection with the SuperKitties” — an offering that was previously offered during the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. The fun will keep going at the Downtown Disney District from August 9-11. From 1-4 p.m., the Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage will offer a rotation of family-friendly entertainment, like a DJ leading dance parties with Disney Jr. music, live performances with Disney Jr. characters, and a bubble show inspired by “Disney Jr.’s Ariel.”
Preschoolers and families will also be able to enjoy crafts inspired by the live performances and “Disney Jr.’s Ariel.”
D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event will be held from August 9-11, 2024 at the Anaheim Convention Center. D23 recently revealed details about shopping for event merchandise and the “Horizons” Disney Experiences Showcase panel. More information about D23 Day at Disneyland Resort was also released.
