Disney and Ravensburger have announced that an exclusive collection of Lorcana cards will be available for purchase at 2024’s D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, as well as select theme parks and Disney store locations around the world.
Exclusive Disney Lorcana TCG D23 Collection
According to a report from Screen Rant, This unique set of cards will be available at Disney’s D23: The Ultimate Fan Expo beginning on August 9, as well as the following theme parks and retail stores that same day –
- United States: Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, & Disney Store Times Square
- United Kingdom: Disney Store London
- Ireland: Disney Store Dublin
- France: Disneyland Paris
The collection will include six cards, five of which are art variants of already existing releases. The character art on each of these extends to the card’s borders, with a D23 promo logo featured near the bottom of the image. The sixth card in the set features Oswald The Lucky Rabbit, and is a preview of a card that is set to be released in Lorcana’s upcoming November 2024 set, which at the time of this article’s publication is still unnamed.
This exclusive collection of cards will retail for $99.99 and will be on sale till the end of the event on August 11. A pop-up experience in Melbourne, Australia, will offer the set as well from August 10 -12.
Disney Lorcana launched on August 18, 2023. Prior to the official launch, an exclusive collectors set of the game’s first six cards was released at the 2022 D23 Expo. The game was developed by the German toy company Ravensburger, and has remained extremely popular in the trading card world, with certain cards selling for thousands of dollars.
