Do we see Sneetches on those beaches? Yes, we do! The Sneetches have finally returned to ‘Sneetch Beach’ in Seuss Landing at Universal Islands of Adventure.

Sneetches Return to Sneetch Beach

A theme park features water attractions with floating yellow markers reminiscent of the Sneetches, and roller coaster tracks visible in the background. Trees and buildings surround the area, evoking the whimsical charm of Suess Landing.

Back in February 2022, the Sneetches unexpectedly disappeared from the waters surrounding Sneetch Beach. Today, over two and half years later, they can be seen floating once again.

Three Sneetches surround the beach, each with a different pose.

This Sneetch can be seen swimming on his back, fishing pole in hand.

The Sneetches first appeared in the 1961 Dr. Seuss children’s book, “The Sneetches and Other Stories.” The story, which is focused on a group of characters called ‘Sneetches,’ is an allegory used to teach children about diversity and discrimination. The High in the Sky Seuss Trolly Train Ride, another attraction at Seuss Landing, retells part of the story.
