A new interactive display stand that allows you to place certain Tomica vehicle toys on it and make it look like they are driving through the Tokyo Disney Resort will be available for purchase on July 18.
Tomica Vehicle Display Stand – ¥3,200
Scenes from Tokyo Disney Resort will be depicted as changing background pictures while you turn the “steering wheel” on the right of the display.
The “road” under the car will move along as well. Landmarks from both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea will be shown.
The display stand will only be compatible with certain types of Tomica vehicles. A miniature sign for the Tokyo Disney resort can be placed on top of the stand.
This special Tomica collectible will be available beginning July 18 on the Tokyo Disney Resort Shopping website. Delivery is only available within Japan.
Tomica die-cast vehicles have become a staple souvenir for Tokyo Disney Resort over the years, alongside other merchandise that is now synonymous with the parks, such as popcorn buckets and Duffy the Disney Bear.
