Two characters were added to the slate at Oogie Boogie Bash for 2024 — Dr. Doofenshmirtz from “Phineas & Ferb,” and Hades from “Hercules.”

Hades appears on the Hollywood Backlot Stage in Hollywood Land, which has been transformed into his personal Hades Hideaway. He’s part of the Treat Trail, so guests stopping by can pick up candy.

Hades Hideaway is decked out with his throne, vases, and other art depicting the myths and legends from the story. Screens cast blue flames on animated torches (which turn red when he gets angry).

At the Oogie Boogie Bash 2024, a person dressed as a character with green skin and white hair performs on a stage decorated with a throne and columns, looking like Hades himself, while an audience member records the mesmerizing performance with a smartphone.

He wears his blue and black toga and interacts with guests from the stage.
