A new Loungefly collection has begun to appear at Disneyland Resort, with the new gold sequin Loungefly mini backpack and wallet now available.
We spotted these in Disney Showcase at Disneyland Park.
Gold Sequin Loungefly Mini Backpack – $98
This bag is gold to the extreme! It has the traditional Disney Loungefly mini backpack design with a front pocket, mouse ears sticking out from the top, and a bow at the top center. This bag is covered with gold sequins across the front and sides of the bag, as well as on Minnie’s ears.
The bow is also a striking gold, and the Disney Parks Loungefly badge is stitched on beneath it.
The zipper for the front pocket is goldtone, matching the rest of the bag.
Like other Loungefly mini backpacks, there are two slip pockets on either side. The tip of the pockets are lined with golden faux leather, matching the zipper. The main pocket zipper follows the same design as the front pocket.
The back forgoes the sequins for the flatter golden faux leather. The handle strap and shoulder straps use the same material. The adjustable woven straps are a nougat shade with goldtone metal buckles.
The interior of the bag is lined with a golden fabric patterned with Minnie Mouse heads in glittery gold and matching gold polka dots.
This bag is available online from the Disney Store.
Gold Sequin Loungefly Wallet- $50
This wallet matches the bag perfectly with the same gold sequin-covered design, mouse ears, and gold faux leather bow.
The back of the wallet continues the sequin design and features the Disney Parks Loungefly badge.
The zipper is goldtone with a lighter gold woven fabric lining.
The interior has space for an ID, cards, and cash with shimmering gold pockets. Behind the pockets is the same gold interior lining as the backpack with glittery Minnie heads.
The wallet is also available online from the Disney Store.
