Halloween Horror Nights may not be over, but the Christmas cheer is here at Universal Studios Florida. Well, technically, the Christmas spirit is always here at the Park Plaza Holiday Shop in New York, but now there’s new apparel featuring Earl and Pearl the Squirrels.
The Park Plaza Holiday Shop is at the corner of Park and 7th Aves., across from the Transformers extended queue. It offers a year-round selection of Christmas decor and ornaments, including personalization.
Earl and Pearl Spirit Jersey – $75
Unlike some of the shirts in this style at Universal, this is an official Spirit Jersey brand collaboration. The top half is green while the bottom features a red, white, and green Fair Isle pattern. Earl and Pearl peek out from a wreath above the Universal Studios logo on the front left breast.
White letters spelling “Happy Holidays” are outlined in red across the back shoulders. Red and white snowflakes are dotted around the words.
The Fair Isle pattern is decked out in classic Earl style with acorns, squirrels, trees, the tree farm truck (currently being used by Lil’ Boo), and a camper.
Joggers – $50
The matching joggers have the same fair isle pattern. Other merchandise with this design was released earlier this year, including hats to complete the look.
The holidays kick off at Universal Orlando Resort on November 22 and run through December 31. Grinchmas, Christmas in the Wizarding World, and the Universal Holiday Parade Featuring Macy’s are all set to return. New merchandise collections for Hogsmeade for Christmas and the Grinch arrived recently, and decorations are starting to go up across Islands of Adventure.
