The entrance gate is complete for Cotino, the first Storyliving by Disney community scheduled to open next year.

Storyliving by Disney revealed the entrance gate on Instagram, stating “Mexican fence post cacti rise out of the desert floor, leading guests & residents up to the midcentury-style gatehouse.”

Cotino is located in Rancho Mirage, California, and features spaces designed by Walt Disney Imagineers. These include the Parr House, a gathering space for Artisan Club members and their guests inspired by the mid-century modern home of the Parrs in “Incredibles 2.”

Model homes were almost complete as of August. Home Collections include the Cottage Collection, Grand Collection, Estate Collection, and Longtable Park for residents ages 55+. Interested parties can book pre-sales appointments to visit the community under construction.
