Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration! Parade debuted for Pixar Fest during spring 2024 at Disney California Adventure. The festival brought an assortment of Pixar-themed entertainment and more to the park for a limited time. Among those offerings was an updated version of the Pixar Play Parade, which ran in various forms intermittently between 2008-2017.

The parade featured over two dozen Pixar characters from films new and old. Now, calls for performers to portray characters from “Turning Red” and Joe Gardner from “Soul” have been posted.

Among the postings are members of the fictional boy band 4*Town, Mei’s father Jin Lee, Miriam, Abby, and Priya. Disneyland Resort is also seeking inline skaters for the parade. All postings can be found on the Disney Auditions website.
