  1. I am beginning to wonder if the company sees the writing on the wall and is thinking long-term. Without major government intervention most of Florida will be underwater within several decades. This move smacks of raising large amounts of capital over the next couple of decades in case the company ultimately makes the decision to move out of the Florida market. A two meter rise in sea level is estimated to displace 25% of Floridians which would negatively impact the companies parks earnings as local patronage dwindles.
