The Disney Parks Blog has shared a first look at the Skipper Society lounge aboard the Disney Treasure, which sets sail on its maiden voyage in December 2024.

Skipper Society Lounge Aboard Disney Treasure

A polished bar with seven high stools, a display of bottles, and a green espresso machine under soft lighting captures the essence of the Skipper Society Lounge aboard the Disney Treasure, with wooden accents adding a touch of warmth and adventure.

Inspired by the iconic Disney Parks Jungle Cruise attraction, Skipper Society honors the trusty, dry-witted skippers that turn each voyage at Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort and Tokyo Disneyland into a hilarious adventure.

While sipping from a clever craft cocktail menu or sampling a signature waffle treat, guests will hear an array of Disney Parks music, including spiels from beloved Jungle Cruise attractions around the world… like, the backside of water! O2H! O2H!

Cozy nook with a curved leather booth around a wooden table, reminiscent of the Skipper Society Lounge on the Disney Treasure. Walls adorned with photos, paintings, and eclectic memorabilia. Warm lighting and a stained glass chandelier enhance the ambiance, akin to an enchanting Disney Cruise Line experience.

The venue sits beneath a canopy of tropical foliage and is decked out with camp-style furnishings in natural colors. You can find references to the famous attraction throughout the space, from whimsical parrot-shaped chandeliers to postcards brought back from travels abroad. And fun fact: the green and red tones depicted on the walls of Skipper Society are exact color matches to the Jungle Cruise attraction marquee at Disneyland.

The Disney Treasure will also be home to another attraction-themed refreshment haven: the Haunted Mansion Parlor bar.

The vessel celebrated its christening on Tuesday, November 19 during an event (complete with a drone show) in New York City.
