The marketplace with one of the punniest names of the Festival of Holidays, Winter Sliderland, is back for 2024 with a new slider and four new drinks.

Winter Sliderland

Winter Sliderland, a delightful food kiosk, is decked out with festive holiday decorations against the backdrop of a bright sun and clear blue sky. People are eagerly ordering their treats as they celebrate the 2024 Festival of Holidays in this charming seasonal setting.

Winter Sliderland is in the Performance Corridor near Grizzly Peak.

*NEW* Al Pastor Pork & Pineapple Slider – $9.25

on corn brioche

The pork is fit to burst with juicy, smoky flavor. The pineapple is buried under the spice. The corn brioche was flaky and complemented the rest of the dish well.

Beef Brisket Slider – $9.25

with smoked onions and horseradish ketchup on a pretzel roll

The Beef Brisket Slider is back again with thin-shaved meat in a style reminiscent of a Missouri-style barbecue sandwich. There’s copious amounts of ketchup for moisture. It soaks into the bun, but it’s tasty enough to make up for it.

*NEW* Cookies and Cream Hazelnut Hot Cocoa (non-alcoholic) – $6.50

Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. hot chocolate with cookies and cream flavors, melted chocolate, hazelnut purée, and Irish cream syrup garnished with strawberry whipped cream

This is just like hot strawberry Nesquik and it’s amazing. The strawberry whipped cream makes this drink into something really special.

*NEW* Jelly Donut Punch (non-alcoholic) – $7.50

Apricot Nectar, house-made raspberry and strawberry jam syrup, cookie butter, and lemon juice garnished with a skewered powdered sugar donut hole

If you took a jelly donut and squeezed it into a fruit punch, this is what you’d get. The fruit punch is the prominent flavor. We do think it’s strange that the donut garnish is not jelly-filled.

*NEW* Hazelnut Cookie Hot Cocoa Cocktail – $17

Cookies and cream hazelnut hot cocoa with Irish cream liqueur

This is heavy on the cookies and cream flavor with the subtle taste of liqueur. It’s decent but we liked the non-alcoholic version better.

Rating out of 7: 6

*NEW* Hot Butter Pecan Bourbon Cocktail – $17.50

Bourbon, apple cider, butter, and butter pecan syrups garnished with a bitters apple butter pecan foam

It’s strong and complex, and we loved it. It’s sweet but the apple combats it on the back end. Served hot, it’s a great cocktail for the winter.
