Cheese Branch with Kat Saka’s Sauce – $7.99
Croissant dough mixed with cream cheese, parmesan and cheddar, with spicy alfredo
The branch is returning from last year but Kat Saka’s Secret Sauce is new. It’s meant to represent a branch from the Tree of Life and is an original BSO creation, not appearing otherwise in canon.
It tastes like you attached an old Maurice’s Twist to a parmesan crisp. The secret sauce is a spicy alfredo and it’s Olive Garden quality. It’s edible but low quality. Overall, this is a lot of cheese.

Sarjenn Snowcap – $7.99
Coca-Cola and cinnamon slushy, sweet cream cheese, dalgona crisp
The Sarjenn Snowcap is straight out of “The Life Day Cookbook” by Strono Tuggs and appears to be a fairly accurate recreation, except for the addition of the dalgona crisp. The cookbook recommends a stick of Wroshyr Bark (cinnamon) as garnish. It’s named after and inspired by Sarjenn Prime, an “astronomical object” (so not a planet but we aren’t sure what) that first appeared in “Doctor Aphra: An Audiobook Original” by Sarah Kuhn.
The cream is good but there’s so much of it. If you drink it without a straw, you get full cream with none of the drink. The dalgona crisp tastes like peanut-less peanut brittle.
Once we got a straw, we got a good mix of the cream and beverage and it tastes like the holidays. Cinnamon Coke was a unique and festive option. It feels fitting for the land and Life Day.
