Construction walls currently surround the center stairs at the top and bottom of the station. This is likely due to regular refurbishment as crews have been painting around the Main Street hub by the restrooms near City Hall.

Signs are posted on the walls that read “Sorry folks! This entrance is temporarily closed. Please use the adjacent stairs” with arrows pointing to the staircases on either side of the train station.

Visible behind the tan construction walls is a tarp of the same color, covering the stairwells that lead up to the top floor of the station.

A slight view of the stairs can be seen just outside of the construction walls. The tan-colored tarp is positioned behind the staircase. At the top of the stairs are cinder blocks and wooden slats.

A vintage clock hangs from the ceiling above two caricature drawing machines and two chairs in a hallway.

From the back side of the stairs under the train station, more of the tarp can be seen covering the stairs.

Guests are still able to access the Walt Disney World Railroad by walking behind the construction walls and through the doors leading to the train’s queue line.
