The braille map is located at Discovery Island, near the Island Mercantile shop.

The various lands of the park are color-coded (for any seeing guests who may glance at the map) but also have different textures. Attractions are labeled with raised English and braille letters at the ends of raised lines.

DinoLand U.S.A. is located in the bottom right corner of the map. A sticker matching the existing coloring of the map (a muted green and a lighter green) has been placed over the section that detailed Chester and Hester’s Dino-Rama, which held its final day of operation on January 12. This is likely a temporary fix by Disney until the map is updated with information on the upcoming Tropical Americas land, or a new braille map is created and installed.

A new Disney’s Animal Kingdom paper guidemap also debuted today with the Dino-Rama section of DinoLand removed. The area was also removed from the digital map of the park on My Disney Experience. Construction walls went up today, January 13.

Sources indicate that DINOSAUR and the rest of DinoLand U.S.A. will likely close altogether in one year.
