The previously announced Golden Oak Four Seasons residences are now officially on sale, and new concept art of some of the interiors has been released.

The Four Seasons neighborhood expansion was announced earlier this year. The project is by HHR FSO LAND LLC. Located in Golden Oak’s new Florian Park, the enclave features nine boutique homes and 31 luxe residences in a mid-rise tower.

The new concept art shows bright airy apartments with unique fixtures, floor-to-ceiling windows, and balconies. They will “offer an elevated lifestyle enhanced by Four Seasons luxury.”

The neighborhood will have a dedicated Residential Services team to provide services “tailored for the way residents like to live—from legendary, personalized attention and seamless residence management to digital innovation and beyond.”

The nine garden-level attached homes have 4-5 bedrooms, French Moderne design, and resident access to Four Seasons Resort.

Outdoor amenities include a pool, three fire pit tables, a splash pad for kids, and an event lawn.

Prices for the Four Seasons Private Residences start at +$5 million. Interested parties can fill out the sales discovery form to make a sales appointment.

Walt Disney World established Golden Oak in 2011. It currently has about 300 homes in six neighborhoods. The concept of a Disney-owned community dates back to Walt Disney’s original vision for EPCOT and first came true with the founding of Celebration, Florida in 1996.
