Some new brunch items have been added to the menu at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ at Disney Springs.

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ New Brunch Items

The Disney Springs restaurant shared the news of the new brunch items on their Instagram page.

According to their social media post:

New brunch items have arrived, Y’all! 🍳🥓🍅 Time to Rise & Shine and make your way to Chef Art’s place for an array of new Southern-style brunch items to make your weekend from @DisneySprings a delicious one!

Blueberry Buckle – $18

This dish features a house-made blueberry coffee cake topped with a vanilla glaze and is garnished with fresh berries and mint.

Homecomin’ Hash – $24

A plate with sunny-side-up eggs on a hash mix of potatoes, onions, and tomatoes, garnished with herbs. Served with a biscuit and a cup of cheesy mashed potatoes. Glass of orange drink in background.

This dish features two sunny-side-up eggs over fire-roasted tomatoes, diced potatoes, chopped bacon, sauteed red peppers, and onions. It’s served with potato gratin mash and a cheddar drop biscuit.

Vegan Hash – $24

A plate with scrambled eggs, vegetables, and herbs, accompanied by toast. A bowl of mixed fruit and a glass of orange juice are on the side.

This dish contains scrambled Just Egg plant-based egg substitute over fire-roasted tomatoes, diced potatoes, red and green peppers, onion, and zucchini. It’s served with fresh fruit and multigrain toast.

Southern Style Cheesy Potatoes

Steak & Egg Plate – $24

Fried steak with gravy topped with two sunny-side-up eggs, served with biscuits and a small pot of cheesy potatoes.

This dish features a brunch-sized portion of country-fried steak, smothered in sawmill gravy, and topped with two over-easy eggs. It’s served with a side of Southern-style cheesy potatoes and a biscuit.

Apple Butter Bread Pudding
