REVIEW: New Loaded Charcuterie Croissant at Disney Springs

Looking for a unique breakfast at Disney Springs? Amorette’s Patisserie is now serving a Charcuterie Croissant.

Menu board displaying signature pastries, dome cakes, éclairs, cheesecake, and signature sandwiches, including turkey and ham options, at a bakery.

The Charcuterie Croissant is listed on the menu under Signature Sandwiches. Each croissant sandwich is served with house-made chips.

Charcuterie Croissant – $14

2-year-aged cheddar, smoked cheddar, fresh mozzarella pearls, prosciutto, salami calabrese, green olive, heirloom tomato, arugula, and cornichon served with house-made chips

A charcuterie croissant sandwich with cheese, olives, tomato, and greens sits in a box beside a small bag of potato chips.

The charcuterie ingredients are slotted into the round croissant through an opening carved into the top of the pastry. These are easily the best croissants at Walt Disney World. They’re so crispy that you can hear the crunch from a distance when you bite into them. They’re buttery, too.

The cheese and salami are good, but nothing fancier than you’d find at the grocery store. The bold cheddar taste and the saltiness of the cured meats worked well together, but the mozzarella seemed lost in the shuffle.

It’s not really meant to be eaten as a sandwich it feels, but more as a cheese & meat board with a bread accompaniment. That being said, the chips on the side are unnecessary, but help to justify the high price a bit.

A hand holds a delectable charcuterie-inspired sandwich, nestled between flaky croissant layers, filled with prosciutto, cheese, arugula, and salami against a concrete floor backdrop.

If you love charcuterie and croissants, we recommend this.
